Condé Nast Traveler
Condé Nast is a premiere travel brand that defines smart design and taste. When Kornhaber Brown asked us to create title and interstitial cards for Wanderlist, we felt inspired by all of the visual memories we collect when traveling. Some of the greatest spoils of travel are gorgeous spaces, elegant accommodations, and relaxing scenery. We take these memories with us as keepsakes from other places and times.
With this in mind, we wanted to take Condé Nast’s strong brand and turn it into a collection of moving portraits. To capture a range of moods that could work across a wide spectrum of topics, we shot details that conjure up a variety of feelings. In the words of Diane Arbus, “The more specific you are, the more general it will be.” To that end, we thought up a collection of snapshots that, to us, compliment the brand and are interchangeable with nearly any travel imaginable.
